WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY OVAL Whole Wheat

This beautifully scored whole loaf is soft, healthy and delicious, makes killer sandwiches and buttered toast.  Does everything white bread can do, and more.  The house milled whole wheat flour is scalded in hot water to add moistness, flavor, and softness to the loaf.   This loaf is available by preorder Wednesday or Friday at both locations. 

It is also available at 139 Boston Street for walk-in customers on Wednesday and Friday.

This bread is not available on any other days of the week, just Wednesdays & Fridays: So check your order day at check-out :)

INGREDIENTS: Made with our house-milled whole wheat flour with wheat berries sourced from Buck's Farm in Maine, wheat flour, pate fermentee, water, honey, Sea Salt, Yeast.  All our whole grain flours are milled on our New American Stone Mill made in VT.
